By registering and using JobPilot, you agree to these terms.

JobPilot is an AI-powered platform for automated job searching and application. The platform offers:
- Creation and management of search profiles (“Scouts”)
- Automatic search and evaluation of job listings
- AI-generated application materials
- Automated application processes
- Application management and tracking
3. Registration
Registration is required to use JobPilot. Users must provide truthful information and keep their credentials confidential.
4. Pricing and Payment
JobPilot is available in various tiers. Current pricing is displayed on the website. Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in time.
5. Cancellation
Free accounts can be deleted at any time. Paid subscriptions can be cancelled at the end of the billing period via account settings or by emailing info@bayram.dev.
6. Liability
The provider is not liable for the success of applications or the accuracy of AI-generated content. Automated applications are sent on behalf of and under the responsibility of the user. Users are required to review generated content before submission.
7. Privacy
We take data protection seriously. Details on data processing can be found in our Privacy Policy.
8. Changes to Terms
The provider reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of changes by email. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance.
9. Final Provisions
German law applies. The court of jurisdiction is Hanau, Germany, where legally permissible. If individual provisions are invalid, the remaining provisions remain unaffected.
